used opera, trainer didnt work in game, no indication of it existing at all, redownloaded with link from site, nothing

i have gx as my default already and pressing f1 does nothing. please help
if you’re have opera gx you need to uninstall it and reinstall it from the trainer link.
This doesn’t work at all. Clicking the link above takes us directly to Opera GX’s main website. If you download the app there, it doesn’t do anything. How is the trainer supposed to be integrated?
